Calculation of shipping costs:

All shipping costs are based as per package. 
Our shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order and the country of destination. 
Therefore, it is not possible to provide a cost estimate in advance. Once you have finished your orderpicking, 
you will get a clear overview of the shipping options and costs applicable to your order during the checkout process, before you have to pay. 
Do you disagree with these costs? Then you can easily cancel the order by closing your browser tab.The costs indicated are standard shipping costs and are valid in most cases,
although they might be higher or lower according to weight, number of parcels and carrier. 
Bulky parcels will also cause higher shipping costs.

For international business customers we also offer incoterms EXW, FCA and FOB. These shipping methods mean that the customer is arranging shipping on his own responsibility and costs.
In those cases we do not charge shipping.

taxes or other charges in the destination country are not included in the price of the product or postage. The customer is responsible for customs clearance costs, taxes and other charges in the destination country. Customs clearance takes place upon receipt of the parcel. Are you ordering as a gift? Whether a shipment is a gift or not, it must still go through an import procedure as determined by custom’s law in the destination country.
The shipment is cleared through customs based on the origin country, the value and quantity, but not its purpose. Please note that the sender is Fparts Ltd. and the delivery cannot therefore be considered as a gift.
A gift sent by a company cannot be considered as a gift, and therefore it must be treated like an online store purchase.

Returns:
We do not offer returns for change of mind. If any buyer wants to initiate a return for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the return postage in all cases.
ATTENTION: you must have all original packaging in order to return any item to us.
If an item has been used and damaged, we will not be held responsible and will not accept a return.
